Reinvent and the synonyms: Pick one each day to focus on. Remake, revive, renovate, resuscitate, revamp, reaffirm, reawaken, refresh, regenerate, rehabilitate, remodel, renew, reopen, replace, restate, restore, resume, revitalize.

Each day when we wake up and every moment that we are awake our mind is active whether we know it or not. We are reinventing our own personal world so as to experience our life in a way that we find to be rewarding, meaningful and enjoyable. Focusing some time on a positive action word like regenerate or any of the other words listed above will help you make progress that is smooth and consistent.

We will inevitably face some challenges along this journey of self-fulfillment. Today we’ll discuss some of those challenges and how to surmount such obstacles.

Criticism and judgement from friends and family is a fear that many of us share. We can overcome this and it gets easier and easier as we go forward.

Learning something new is a constant struggle. Whether it’s technology or terminology, we can learn what we need to. Asking for help opens up new avenues.
